The No. WPR22 9/16" (#22) Upholstery Button Prong Back, manufactured by C.S. Osborne & Co., features two prongs with chiseled tips designed to easily penetrate padding or filling, serving as the button’s attachment mechanism.

Quick and cost-effective to install, it requires no special skills. Any excess prong length can be trimmed with pliers or side cutters if necessary. Ideal for use on solid-backed projects, it can also be used with backing materials or similar applications when paired with the prong button washer (sold separately).
