Thank you for choosing to shop with JT's Outdoor Fabrics. While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we offer an easy return process to ensure you either receive a refund or the correct items.
Return eligibility
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be in their original/resellable condition, and include relevant documentation such as an invoice or packing slip
Non-returnable items
Certain products are not eligible for returns. These include:
- Fabrics, flooring, webbing, binding/edging/welting, velcro, or rope/cording that have been cut to size *excluding full rolls/spools*
- Pre-made kits such as Bimini Grab Rail Kits or Sliding Track Kits
- Tubing
- Foam/padding

Return process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Prepare your item(s) for return by packaging them up securely in a box or padded envelope
- Reach out to the customer service team at info@jtsoutdoorfabrics.com or call +1 (877) 780-2722 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, items can be sent via a courier of your choice. Please address the parcel as follows:

Barrie, ON L4N9A8 - Upon receiving the item, JT's Outdoor Fabrics will inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, we will issue store credit or refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Refunds
- All returns/refunds are subjected to a 15% re-stocking fee
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method
- All shipping fees are non-refundable
JT's Outdoor Fabrics reserves the right to deny any return if it does not meet the criteria specified above.
