📦 Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another with tracking details once it ships. Note: Orders containing back-ordered items or quantities above current stock may require additional processing time.
🚚 Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size. We ship via trusted couriers like Canada Post, Canpar Express, UPS, and Purolator.
If you'd prefer to ship using your courier account, please contact us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout with details such as: "Please ship using my [Courier Name] account. Account No: [123456], Service: [Express / Priority / Ground / Economy]."
🇨🇦 Free shipping in Canada
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $500 CAD (before taxes). This offer is available only via Canpar Ground, and does not apply to addresses in the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, some of Newfoundland & Labrador, or remote regions.
Please note: Free shipping excludes foam and foam-backed materials, pipe benders, marine flooring, trunk liner, fabrics over 62" wide, frame kits, and overweight items.
🔁 Back-orders & large quantity requests
If you order more than we have in stock, we'll contact you right away.
- For back-ordered items, we'll give you an estimated re-stock and ship date
- You'll have the option to:
- Wait for full fulfillment
- Ship available items now and the rest later
- Or adjust/cancel your order
We work closely with our suppliers to restock quickly—but feel free to reach out before ordering if you need confirmation of stock levels.
📍 Curbside pickup
Local pickup is available from our warehouse/showroom. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
📬 Tracking & delivery
