The No. 4020 Curtain Fastener Hand Cutter, made by C.S. Osborne & Co., is a handheld, mallet-driven hole punching tool used to cut perfect sized holes and prong openings for Lift-the-DOT® eyelets. Engineered to last, it's CNC-machined from high-quality cast alloy with hardened steel pins and cutter face.

We recommend using the tool with a soft surface—such as a cutting pad—underneath the fabric to prevent "mushrooming" the cutting components.
