Washing & Drying:

• Wash: Machine wash warm, 40 °C (105 °F)
• Drying: Tumble drying low
• Ironing: Cool iron, 110 °C (230 °F)
• Dry-Cleaning: Dry-clean, normal cycle

Cleaning & Bleaching:

• Prompt Cleaning: Maintain peak retro-reflective performance by laundering contaminated apparel promptly; delayed cleaning may result in permanent staining and reduced visibility
• Stain Removal: Avoid using high-alkaline cleaning agents, such as heavy-duty stain removers, as these can damage the material
• Bleaching: If bleaching is required, only non-chlorine bleach should be used

Storage and Maintenance:

• Environmental Conditions: Product should be stored in a cool, dry area at temperatures between 4 °C and 27 °C (40 °F to 80 °F) with less than 70% relative humidity
• Shelf Life: Product should be used within two years from the date of purchase

While use of 3M Scotchlite reflective material does greatly enhance visibility, no reflective material can guarantee absolute visibility, particularly in adverse weather conditions.

Cutting: Die-cutting is recommended, although the film can also be hand-cut, guillotined, kiss-cut, or plotter cut.

Cautions:

• Nylon and fabrics with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish are difficult to adhere to and are not recommended
• This film contains an aluminum layer. Blemishing of this layer can occur if the film's paper carrier is removed and the product is exposed to hot/humid conditions (>80 °F and >70% relative humidity) for weeks. These blemishes do not affect performance.
