TENAX® Self-Locking Fastener Nickel-Plated Brass Canvas Peg

The TENAX® Self-Locking Fastener Nickel-Plated Brass Canvas Peg is used to create a secure attachment point for compatible TENAX® buttons in canvas-to-canvas applications. Its upper washer is equipped with fine teeth that firmly grip the fabric, ensuring a hold that won't slip.

Made from durable nickel-plated brass, it performs well in outdoor, moisture-exposed applications such as convertible tops, marine covers, tarps, and other heavy-duty fastening needs. Engineered for strength and longevity, it delivers reliable performance even in harsh environments while maintaining a clean, professional finish.

Installation is simple: (1) plan and cut a 9/32" – 5/16" (#1) hole in your canvas, (2) push the threaded base up through the hole from underneath, ensuring the threads point upward, and (3) fasten it in place with the toothed washer using the TENAX® Self-Locking Fastener Installation Key.
