Made of a special formula, highly-resilient vinyl plastic, the No. 603 Cutting Pad is the perfect companion to C.S. Osborne & Co. mallet-driven hole punch tools. It's double-sided, semi-self-heading surface absorbs cuts and prevents excessive damage to the cutting edge of hole punches.

The No. 603 Cutting Pad should always be used on a solid base.
