The No. 253 Gooseneck Webbing Stretcher, made by C.S. Osborne & Co., handles jute or elastic webbing from 1" to 4" wide. Its gooseneck design provides exceptional, effortless leverage while keeping your hands safe. The stretcher features a clear lacquered hickory handle, a head equipped with a corrugated rubber pad (for grip on hardwood frames), and six nickel-plated steel pins for a firm grip on the webbing with minimal tearing.
