The No. 4140 2-Prong Hand Punch, made by C.S. Osborne & Co., is a handheld, mallet-driven hole punching tool designed to cut perfect holes for both Lift-the-DOT® and DOT® Turn Button (Common Sense) prong studs. Engineered to last, it's CNC-machined from high-quality cast alloy with hardened steel pins.

We recommend using the tool with a soft surface—such as a cutting pad—underneath the fabric to prevent "mushrooming" the cutting components.
