It offers exceptional abrasion resistance (200,000+ double rubs), along with strong structural integrity and compliance with key residential and commercial flame resistance standards.

Avouch features a soft hand and a distressed leather-like grain that mimics the appearance of genuine leather, while providing the cleanability and low maintenance advantages of a synthetic material. Its balanced construction delivers both aesthetic versatility and reliable performance in high-traffic applications.
