Description

The 60" Sunbrella® Firesist® Ivory (82015-0000) Awning Fabric is a fire-resistant, solution-dyed acrylic awning fabric designed specifically for commercial awnings. Firesist goes through a nearly identical manufacturing process to standard Sunbrella, with the addition of a fire-retardant treatment applied for enhanced safety and compliance. Unlike other fabric options, the treatment is integrated into each fiber (solution-dyed), ensuring it remains effective for the entire lifespan of the fabric without the risk of fading, leaching, or washing out.

Firesist combines a soft, breathable feel with serious performance. It resists UV rays, water, and mildew, all without significant shrinking or stretching over time. Since both sides are identical, you can use either side as the exposed surface, which makes handling and installation more flexible.

Note: While Sunbrella fabric is designed for excellent outdoor performance, it is not recommended for continuous year-round exposure. Prolonged conditions such as heavy snow accumulation and repeated freeze-thaw cycles can place stress on the material and may reduce its lifespan.
