Made in the USA by C.S. Osborne & Co., the No. 263 Rubber & Elastic Webbing Stretcher is designed to stretch webbing evenly and accurately without perforating or damaging it. Measuring 9.75″ long, this stretcher provides smooth tensioning while protecting against marring the edges of furniture frames.
